George Ezra has a new single out today, “Don’t Matter Now” which he calls “an anthem for all us over-thinkers and second-guessers.” Ezra says he wrote the song in 2015 after a bout with anxiety to remind himself that it’s okay to take a break now and then and take everything in.
I give you permission to take his advice – it’s summer, go soak up the sunshine. Before you start worrying and fretting over the state of things, take a minute to re-energize. How many fucks are you going to give today? And more importantly, who you going to give them to? #DontMatterNow
